ME, IN OPEN EXPRESSION

We are all here for a time and then we leave. That's hard to grasp at times ... but it must be true. The souls of people we love, our souls walk away from this life no matter what happens to cause it. We, those that are left behind, are here to be a witness to their departure. It is our experience to have, we must allow it to be so, for we are all witnesses to the presence and the absence of those that have left this life. We can say ... that they were here and then they left

This is the shake up that we needed to wake up. We will not fear. Together we will do more than survive this. We will create something new.

Sometimes life has its way with us. Sometimes it's painful. Most times we don't ask for it. Always there is a lesson to be learned.

For those that are grieving this time of the year. Take these holidays and be in the experience of you. Shift - when the morning comes.

It is a day, one day, to honor and respect "collectively" those friends and family who are no longer in the body but live on in memory.

When a loved one leaves this life, we don't want to let go, but what if there's a special way to hold on and let go. What an amazing gift.

Because we remember our loved ones, they will never truly leave us. They are simply on the other side of the room. We need only remember.
